1.     Industrial Safety Helmet Made of Impact & UV Resistance HDPE.

2.     It Confirming to IS 2925 will be ISI Marked & DGMS Approved.

3.     Size of Helmet is 540 to 590 mm. | Width of the head band: 30-35mm

4.     Width of the cradle strap: 30mm | Width of chin strap: 19-25mm

5.     Mass of Helmet without attachment (gm.) approx.: 375 gm.

6.     Inner Suspension made by LLDPE.

7.     Back Side Rachet adjustment

8.     It has Four Point Plastic Ratchet Type Suspension & Adjustable Chin Strap.

 

ELECTRONIC INDUCTION TESTER

 

1.     Induction tester should be able to sense voltage of LIVE AC lines through remote sensing.

2.     The dimensions should be less than 9 cms x 2 cms x 1.8 cms (LxBxH)

3.     Should work on 2 x 1.5 Volts button type batteries (3VDC) & batteries should be replaceable type.

4.     The tester should be helmet mountable type.

5.    Minimum sensing distance for 11kV line should be 200 cms (2.0 mtrs).

6.    Should be equipped with a buzzer & audio level should not be less than 60 dB when measured from a distance of 2 inches from the tester.

7.    The tester must have copper tape as negative and positive antenna concealed beneath the reflection tape mounted at front forehead part of helmet
